Demonstrative case study
Context
An institutional organization had a rich Drupal website that had become hard for its audiences to read: scattered content, weak contact paths and editorial work too dependent on a few key people.
Problem
The website had to reassure several audiences, guide qualified requests and remain maintainable without a permanent redesign cycle. The priority was not to add visual effects, but to regain a clear architecture and durable governance.
Solution
The redesign combined editorial audit, simpler templates, content hierarchy and links to key services. The project relies on Drupal 11, a FR/EN multilingual structure, synchronized content and internal links to Drupal redesign, Drupal audit and Drupal services.
Stack
- Drupal 11 and modern PHP.
- Content Sync to keep demonstrative content versioned.
- Technical SEO, localized aliases and editorial governance.
Results
- Clearer contact journeys.
- Better structured institutional content.
- A Drupal foundation easier to evolve.
